What you get
A browser extension that inspects pages you visit. Three Vibe Audits are free per device. The inspector, the extractors, the readers and the tools and diagnostics that work on the open document run locally and are free without limit. Pro removes the audit limit and unlocks the features that produce a document or cost a request - the generated design system, the client report, the third-party register, the source-map breakdown, the conformance statement, the sitemap crawl, the server-side probes and field data. Each of those is marked as paid in the panel, where it sits, before it is used.
What the Vibe Score is
A heuristic reading of markup patterns, not a judgement about who wrote a page or how. It is offered as a refactoring aid. Do not present it as evidence of authorship - it cannot tell a generated page from a hand-written one that happens to share a framework's conventions, and it does not claim to.
Who may use it
Anyone aged 16 or over, or younger with a parent's permission. It is a developer tool rather than a service for children, and no part of it is directed at them. Buying a plan means you are able to enter a contract where you live.
Fair use
Audit sites you are allowed to visit. Do not use the extension to attack, overload or circumvent access controls on anything. Automated bulk auditing is not supported and will be rate-limited.
Payment and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe. A monthly plan renews until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from the Stripe portal, with access continuing to the end of the paid period. A lifetime purchase is a single payment with no renewal. What you pay is the figure Stripe shows you at checkout, including any tax it adds for your country; nothing is charged that was not on that screen.
Buying for a business is optional and changes the invoice rather than the price. Tick it at checkout - on your account page or in the panel - and you are asked for the registered company name and the EU VAT number; the invoice is then made out to that business under the reverse charge, meaning you account for the VAT in your own country and we charge none. The number is checked against the European Commission's VIES register where it answers, and a number the register refuses is not accepted - buy as an individual instead. What is on an invoice already issued stays as it was on the day; changing the details applies from the next purchase.
For a refund within 14 days of the payment, email info@loupekit.com - there is no form to fill in and no retention flow to sit through. 14 days rather than a longer figure because it is the withdrawal period EU consumer law already gives you for digital content bought online, and one window is easier to rely on than two.
Your own AI keys
AI rewrites use a key you supply and are billed by that provider to your account, not by us. We never receive the key and therefore cannot see, meter or refund what it spends. Their terms apply to those requests.
What belongs to whom
The extension, this site and everything in them are ours, and installing it gives you the right to use it rather than to own it. Do not resell it, rent it out, or take it apart to build a competing product; reverse engineering is allowed where the law says it is and refused where it does not.
What comes out of it is yours. Every reading, export, generated theme, report and recorded script belongs to you, we claim no licence over any of it, and the pages you point the tool at are nothing to do with us either way.
Ending it
Stop using it whenever you like: uninstall, or delete the account from your dashboard. We may suspend or close an account that is attacking the service, charging back a payment it keeps the benefit of, or breaking the fair-use paragraph above - and we will say which, in writing, before or as it happens. A closure that is not your fault refunds the unused part of a paid period.
Warranty
The extension is provided as is. Measurements are read from a live page and can be wrong when a site fights the reader. Check anything before you act on it in production.
What we are liable for
For death, personal injury, fraud, and anything else the law does not allow to be limited: everything, and nothing below changes that. Nor does anything here reduce the rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Beyond that, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost data or business interruption. This is a measuring instrument sold for a small fee, and it can be wrong about a page - deciding what to do with a reading stays yours.

Naming one is a comparison, not a claim to be connected with it: LoupeKit is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. Every figure on those pages comes from what that product publishes about itself, is dated where it sits, and will be corrected on request to the address above.
Changes to these terms
The date at the top says when this last moved. A change that makes things materially worse for a paying customer is emailed to that customer at least 30 days beforehand, and you can cancel in that window and be refunded the unused part. Everything else - a clarification, a corrected address, a new feature described - takes effect when it is published.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Slovak law and the courts of Slovakia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not take away the protection of your own country's mandatory law, and you may bring a claim in your own courts.
